1. What is the MOQ for our products?
If it is in stock, the MOQ can be 10pcs per color, if it is out of stock, and we have to produce, then it will be little higher, please contact us for the exact MOQ then.
2. What is the Lead Time?
a. If it is in stock, it is about 5-10 days before shipment.
b. If it is out of stock, it is about 10-30 days before shipment.
3. What are our Shipping Methods?
We can deliver your goods by sea, by air or by air express, such as DHL, UPS etc, the exact shipping method is decided by your order quantity.
4. Are our Price Negotiable?
Yes, we can offer you some discount, but not too great, as our quotation is based on the material cost, labor cost and your order quantity, it is very reasonable, we will not quote you much high price. So please understand us.
5. Can i get Samples for Quality Evaluation?
Sure, we can offer you samples for your quality check, you just pay the reasonable sample fee and air shipping cost to us, and then we deliver you the samples later.
6. When can i get the quotation?
You usually can get the quotation with 24 hours after you sending us your enquiry. If you are urgent, you can call us or contact us by the instant messenger etc, we will reply to you with 1-3 hours.
